Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — no return needed.

Non-returnable Items The following cannot be returned: items marked as final sale, items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
